We believe in equality*. Each area has a dedicated team, made up of people from all over our organization who ensure diversity is a natural part of strategic and everyday conversations. This enables us to draw on the amazing experience and perspectives within our business, and ensure we continue to build a workforce that represents the communities we live, work and operate in.

We celebrate our differences through marking days of significance as well as more formal measures, such as our intern program and active recruitment and retention of veterans in North America (Transurban is V3 (Virginia Values Veterans) certified).

We’re also making great strides in gender equality and have been recognized for our commitment. We are a Guardian sponsor of WTS International, an organization dedicated to building the future of transportation and advancing the careers of women in the industry. We have several initiatives in place to make sure we continue to progress including professional development opportunities, leadership programs and an annual pay equity review.
