When our people are at their best, we’re at ours. That’s why we support everyone at Transurban to live their best lives at work and at home.

We make sure everyone can take advantage of flexible working arrangements when they need to. We work with our employees to make this transition easy; from setting you up to work from home, advanced video conferencing and compressed working weeks. It can also be a more formal arrangement such as job share, part-time hours and phased retirement, or offering different types of leave for all the situations that life throws at us, like parental, carer and lifestyle leave.

We offer a wide range of services, including nutrition and financial advice, flu vaccinations, skin checks and exercise challenges. We also make sure everyone has access to mental health services and emotional support.
