We believe in equality. We treat everyone with fairness, consideration and respect, regardless of gender, cultural background, religious beliefs, sexuality or personal circumstances – whether they work for us or not. We want to ensure everyone feels comfortable to express themselves and their opinions.

We want our people to be reflective of the communities we work with and in. Our 1,300-strong team includes a huge diversity of backgrounds, skills, experiences and cultures. We make sure to celebrate our differences through marking days of significance as well as more formal measures, such as our Reconciliation Action Plan, which focuses on building and deepening inclusive relationships and partnerships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

We’re serious about gender diversity and have been recognised for our commitment. We are listed as one of the world’s top 20 organisations on gender equality performance and are one of only six companies reporting no significant gender pay gap. We have several initiatives in place to make sure we continue to progress including, mentoring and leadership programs as well as our annual pay equity review.
